The list of testing criteria eligible for specialized construction activities of LAS-Construction 291 laboratory includes: Mechanical and physical testing of cement; Testing of concrete and heavy concrete mixtures; Aggregate testing for concrete and mortar; Mechanical testing of masonry bricks; Inspection of construction steel; Field testing; Asphalt concrete; Bitumen; Testing mineral powder materials in asphalt; Mechanical testing of rubber joints; Testing construction mortar; Chemical analysis of water for construction; Geotextiles - wicks and wick covers; Laboratory soil mechanical testing; Acid asphalt emulsion; Traffic signal painting, thermoplastic road surface painting; Testing terrazzo tiles; Sewer pipe testing. Technical standards used for tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 05 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 357/QD-BXD dated June 24, 2015 by the Minister of Construction.
