This certificate is valid for 05 years from the date of issue and replaces Decisions: No. 170/QD- BXD dated June 10, 2013, No. 227/QD-BXD dated July 19, 2013 and No. 379/QD-BXD dated July 6, 2015 of the Minister of Construction.
