The list of testing criteria eligible for specialized construction activities of LAS-Construction 1286 laboratory includes: Mechanical and physical testing of cement; Testing of concrete and heavy concrete mixtures; Aggregate testing for concrete and mortar; Laboratory soil mechanical testing; Testing of metal materials and welded joints; Asphalt concrete testing; Testing of bitumen; Field testing; Testing construction mortar; Testing masonry; Physical and mechanical testing of mineral powder materials in asphalt concrete; Mechanical testing of concrete bricks; Physical and mechanical testing of self-inserting concrete bricks. Technical standards used for the tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 29/QD-BXD dated January 25, 2013 of the Minister of Construction on recognizing the capacity to perform tests of the specialized construction laboratory LAS-XD 1286.
