The list of testing criteria eligible for operation in this Certificate includes: Cement physical and mechanical testing; Testing of concrete and heavy concrete mixtures; Test concrete aggregates and mortar; Laboratory soil mechanical testing; Asphalt concrete testing; Field testing; Testing construction mortar; Mechanical testing of fired clay bricks; Mechanical testing of self-inserting concrete bricks. Technical standards used for the tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 05 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 164/QD-BXD dated April 2, 2015 by the Minister of Construction.
