When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 113/QD-BXD April 13, 2012 and No. 105/QD-BXD dated March 5, 2015 of the Minister of Construction.
