Technical standards used for the tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). This certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 306/QD-BXD June 1, 2015 and No. 395/QD-BXD dated October 3, 2012 of the Minister of Construction.
