This certificate is valid for 05 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 482/QD-BXD dated October 13, 2014; No. 372/QD-BXD dated June 29, 2015 and No. 378/QD-BXD dated July 6, 2015 of the Minister of Construction.
