The list of testing criteria eligible for specialized construction activities of LAS-Construction 421 laboratory includes: Mechanical and physical testing of cement; Testing of concrete and heavy concrete mixtures; Aggregate testing; Laboratory soil mechanical testing; Metal testing and welded joints; Asphalt concrete testing; Bitumen testing; Liquid asphalt testing; Acid-based asphalt emulsion testing; Field testing; Testing construction mortar; Testing masonry; Mechanical testing of concrete bricks; Testing of terazo tiles; Physical and mechanical testing of mineral powder materials in asphalt concrete; Bentonite mechanical testing; Testing reinforced concrete culverts; Testing centrifugal reinforced concrete electric poles. Technical standards used for the tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 05 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 135/QD-BXD dated March 25, 2016 of the Minister of Construction on recognizing the capacity to perform tests of specialized construction laboratories LAS-XD 421.
