Technical standards used for the tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). This certificate is valid for 05 years from the date of issue and replaces Decisions: No. 559/QD- BXD dated October 8, 2015 and No. 238/QD-BXD dated June 6, 2016 of the Ministry of Construction.
