The list of testing criteria eligible for specialized construction activities of the LAS-Construction laboratory 15 includes: Cement mechanical testing; Testing of concrete and heavy concrete mixtures; Testing sand, crushed stone (gravel), and aggregate materials; Soil and rock mechanical testing; Testing steel, metal, welds; Asphalt concrete testing; Testing of bitumen, liquid asphalt, acid emulsion; Field testing; Testing construction mortar; Physical and mechanical testing of tiles and paving stones; Water chemical analysis. Technical standards used for tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 05 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 25/QD-BXD dated January 20, 2015 by the Minister of Construction.
