When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and replaces Decisions: No. 238/QD- BXD June 18, 2012; No. 408/QD-BXD dated July 22, 2016 of the Minister of Construction.
