The list of testing criteria eligible for operation in this Certificate includes: Cement physical and mechanical testing; Heavy concrete and concrete mixtures; Test concrete aggregates and mortar; Laboratory soil mechanical testing; Field testing; Testing construction mortar; Inspection of construction steel; Asphalt concrete; Bitumen; Chemical analysis of water for construction. Technical standards used for tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 05 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 161/QD-BXD dated April 21, 2010 by the Minister of Construction.
