Ngày 04/01/2021, Chính phủ ban hành Nghị định 01/2021/NĐ-CP về đăng ký doanh nghiệp.

Theo đó, từ ngày 04/01/2021, 04 thủ tục sau sẽ được liên thông thực hiện: Đăng ký thành lập doanh nghiệp, chi nhánh, văn phòng đại diện; Khai trình sử dụng lao động; Cấp mã số đơn vị tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội; Đăng ký sử dụng hóa đơn của doanh nghiệp.

Bên cạnh đó, Nghị định cũng quy định ngoài cách thanh toán phí, lệ phí trực tiếp tại Phòng Đăng ký kinh doanh, người nộp lệ phí có thể chuyển tiền vào tài khoản của Phòng Đăng ký kinh doanh hoặc sử dụng dịch vụ thanh toán điện tử. Tuy nhiên, lệ phí này sẽ không được hoàn trả trong trường hợp doanh nghiệp không đủ điều kiện cấp Giấy đăng ký doanh nghiệp.

Ngoài ra, việc thanh toán phí, lệ phí qua mạng điện tử cũng sẽ được hỗ trợ trên Cổng thông tin quốc gia về đăng ký doanh nghiệp. Tuy nhiên, phí sử dụng dịch vụ này sẽ không được tính trong lệ phí đăng ký doanh nghiệp, phí cung cấp và công bố thông tin. Trong trường hợp quá trình thanh toán điện tử xảy ra lỗi, tổ chức, cá nhân thanh toán phí, lệ phí cần tự liên hệ với tổ chức trung gian cung cấp dịch vụ để được giải quyết.
