When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 445/QD-BXD dated December 19, 2013 and 223/QD-BXD dated May 8, 2014 of the Minister of Construction.
