The list of testing criteria eligible for operation in this Certificate includes: Cement physical and mechanical testing; Mechanical testing of aggregates for concrete and mortar; Physical and mechanical testing of concrete mixtures and heavy concrete; Mechanical testing of construction mortar; Mechanical testing of baked clay bricks; Mechanical testing of concrete bricks; Bitumen testing; Asphalt concrete testing; Testing mineral powder materials in asphalt; Mechanical testing of wall putty; Metal testing and inspection; Soil mechanical testing in the laboratory; Field testing; Water testing for concrete and mortar. Technical standards used for the tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 05 years from the date of issue, replacing Decision No. 74/QD-BXD dated February 29, 2016.
